It doesn't take a lot of expensive equipment to get in top shape. Here you'll find some ideas for making your own equipment,
as well as how to effectively use it.
How to make a medicine ball:
1) Select a thick-walled rubber ball, for example a basketball or somehting larger.
2) Cut a hole large enough to insert a large funnel.
3) Fill with sand or river gravel.
4) Tape it completely using duct tape.
5) Here is a very large (92 pounds!) ball I recently made, seen here just about finished.
6) Finally, here it is in use. (Note: Use extreme caution doing overhead lifts with this type of equipment, it
is difficult to control!)
